Alhaji Muyideen Jimoh Ikolaba is still the Authentic chairman of APC Alanamu Ward.




 Yesterday was historic as the good people of Alanamu ward passed a vote of confidence on Alh. Hon. Muyideen Ikolaba as their authentic ward chairman who was produced through ward congress.


The chairman of the elders, Alh. Alabi Onimago and the 27 members along with all the ward excos converged yesterday to reaffirm Alh. Muyideen Ikolaba.



This development is a result of a paperweight news that surfaced on social media on Wednesday evening that one Abubakar Babatunde has been inaugurated as the ward chairman.


It is imperative to state categorically that what is happening in Pakata is just a mere association that can otherwise be referred to as Chairman of Pakata forum.


It is also important to set the record straight that the Ikolaba-led excos are the original APC from inception (2015) to be precise and one of the strongest O'toge crusaders in Alanamu ward. So, how will someone who  defected to the party in 2021 be made a chairman? 



Kindly note that only ward congress can produce elective officers from the ward to the national just like Ikolaba. We call on the higher authority of the party to look inward to this as a critical issue, while we urge all APC members in Alanamu ward to discountenance with the Pakata drama as we stand firmly by Alh. Hon. Muyideen Ikolaba.
